The Senior Customer Success Manager will focus on a smaller number of high-value strategic VIP accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account strategies for long-term success. They will proactively identify risks, rally and project manage internal stakeholders to address customer issues, and build relationships with senior stakeholders to understand customer business needs and develop success plans. Additionally, they will host regular business reviews, serve as an internal advocate for clients, and champion for new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel.
